Celebrate Black History Month with Torch Literary Arts in Austin

As Black History Month continues, Torch Literary Arts invites the community to celebrate and support women of color writers with a series of engaging events in Austin. The organization has planned a variety of fun and enriching programs for the last two weeks of February.
